In this workshop Ingela will guide you in a mindful play between motion and silence to experience the heart and soul of yoga.  You will learn easy and accessible ways to take you into the classical yoga asanas and the wonderful benefits they offer your body, mind, and spirit.  You will also learn to use the breath to discover the silence inside, and within this silence, hear the gentle, clear wisdom of the heart.

Friday 5:30-7:30pm PST:

Standing Poses for Physical and Mental Stability
Saturday 3:00-5:00pm PST:
Strengthen your Immune System with easy Inversions
*Sunday 10:30am-1:00pm PST:    
Improve your Posture and lift your Spirit with gentle Backbends
*Please note the Sunday class is a longer duration of 2.5hrs
