This special 2 hour Candlelight Restorative class is the perfect way to find pause and quiet amidst the busy holiday season.
We will practice a variety of gentle supported postures designed to quiet the nervous system and open the heart. Poses will be held for 10+ minutes during which you will be guided in meditation and gentle breathing techniques. This class is a perfect way to help you let go of the past year and make space for joy and connection.
Bring your mat, your cozy socks, and 2-3 yoga blankets if you have them.
Class is suitable for all levels and will be offered in person only.
